AbuDhabi is the richest Emirates of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. The richness is specially the result of the reported release of surplus oil revenues for major infrastructure, industrial, commercial and residential projects. Before the financial reforms, AbuDhabi apartments or villas for rent in Abu Dhabi belong to the ruler of the city. And therefore, both commercial and residential construction was financed by government agencies. However, with the economical reforms, developments comprising AbuDhabi apartments now will be funded and developed by the private sector. It is expected that the construction industry will skyrocket in next 15 years as is evident from various development projects such as ‘Al Reem Island’, ‘Al Raha Beach’ and ‘Saadiyat Island’. The Higher Corporation for Specialized Economic Zones encapsulates major projects such as the development of ‘Lulu Island’, Mina Zayed Port and various Industrial Cities throughout the Emirate.

It is also expected that the more private investment would rush into the development of real estate, there will be more competition in the market and that will eventually benefit both individual and institutional buyers. Villas for rent in Abu Dhabi are very attractive for those residents who have come for a short period of time. Hence, the booming economy of AbuDhabi as well as terrific inflow of tourists are major reasons why there is an increase in Abu Dhabi apartments. The reformative legal structure of Abu Dhabi instead of ownership of property and the positive outlook of the economy made it possible to attract investors and generate economic growth. With this legal structure, it is also possible for the residents to directly invest in property and generate growth. This has eliminated the need of paying dead money in high rents.

Mostly, long term residents are attracted to Abu Dhabi apartments because the legal structure is such that it gives them the ownership right without really being bothered about contracts and other time consuming and laborious formalities. In order to buy apartments in Abu Dhabi or rent villas, it is advisable to take the help of reliable real estate service providers. It is necessary that such providers know the local nuances of the property market and can guide you properly. Mostly, such service providers have great connections to local real estate dealers and companies. Therefore, they can hold your hand in the right direction by understanding your needs to own a property or to rent villas in Abu Dhabi. But, before opting for such real estate service providers it is important to check their credentials and how they have performed in past with other clients.

Christmas in Abu Dhabi is really quite a happening time of the year. Although it is an Islamic state, the high numbers of expatriate workers present in the city from all corners of the world give it a relatively westernised outlook. Pairing this with the huge number of tourists that flock to the city in December in order to escape the cool winters elsewhere, it can be easy to see why Christmas can never truly escape the largest emirate state. There are so many people keen to celebrate Christmas in Abu Dhabi and you will find that the cities are packed at this time of year.

The great number of hotels and shopping malls throughout the city are decked out in Christmaslights and decorations during the festive season and one thing that expatriates look forward to once December comes round is the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony that many hotels host as part of their festive events for the month. Abu Dhabi also fails to escape Santa Claus, as he makes an appearance in various hotels, interacting with the children while choirs sing traditional Christmas songs in the background.

So if you live in Abu Dhabi, or are thinking about relocating to the emirate to start a new life, you need not worry about the lack of a Christmas – decorations, choirs and Santa Clauses fill the city so you can feel perfectly at home. If you can do without snowy weather but like heat and beach barbeques instead then you should be perfectly fine!

Christmas is a time for togetherness, and with the huge amount of expatriates that have settled inthe city, you certainly won’t be on your own in celebrating the festive season. Abu Dhabi is vibrant and cosmopolitan and one of the richest cities in the world, with a great deal of new properties being constructed for expatriates. Most expatriates decide to settle in villas and apartments, but like anywhere, prices vary, and to find the best property in Abu Dhabi you should look online and search a number of letting agents before deciding which is more suited to you.

A lot of planning has gone into the real estate in Abu Dhabi, and also in ensuring that a safe and a healthy environment is maintained. Abu Dhabi owes its resurgence in the real estate sector in the recent times to the new laws of property ownership that have been brought into effect. Until now, it lagged behind the other cities, in terms of regional real estate, but times are changing now.

People who are not the residents of Abu Dhabi can also make investments in the real estate. They can make purchase of leasehold properties as well. This new law in Abu Dhabi investments in real estate surely surprised many industrialists, but was welcomed with both hands at the same time. The real estate market in Abu Dhabi is considered the sea of wealth, and now one can even these industrialists can now invest in the same.Foreigners can also make investments in the real estate. They can even make purchase of leasehold properties. The real estate market in Abu Dhabi is considered the sea of wealth, and now one or even industrialists can invest in the same.

Getting a job in Abu Dhabi could be a very exciting experience. It offers excellent jobs with high salaries and a lifestyle to reckon with. The followings are considered best to help you have a good life which brings relaxation and jobs to you.If you are planning to look for a job in Abu Dhabi or have already found one, it would be very useful to find more about the city and the kind of lifestyle that it offers. The accommodation, getting around the city, education for children, lifestyle etc are the aspects that one needs to know a little about before landing in the city. Especially if you are relocating for an Abu Dhabi job with your family, you would need to know more about getting your family settled there.

Abu Dhabi enjoys strategic importance in UAE as it is the capital city and houses the government. Also, Abu Dhabi enjoys nearly 9% of total world oil reserves. Thus, a major proportion of economy is based on oil & gas in the city. Most foreign workers who come looking for a job in Dubai are mainly employed in the oil and gas industry. Owing to this, the expatriate population in the city has grown a lot over the last decade or so. Other sectors are also opening up like banking, hospitality, IT and healthcare. A lot of foreign skilled professionals are employed in these sectors from India, Philippines, UK and other European countries. The fact that people of so many varied nationalities are working in Abu Dhabi gives an eclectic flavor to the culture of the city.

Abu Dhabi is a peaceful and beautiful Middle Eastern city and offers a good lifestyle to those who choose to work here. It is just 90 minutes drive away from Dubai but is far more peaceful than Dubai. It is an ideal place to bring in your family and enjoy the warmth and luxuries offered by this place to expatriates. It is not just modern but also culturally focused. The climate is pleasant for most part of the year. The full, bright sun can be seen throughout the year and the temperatures are the mildest between October and April. The temperature during these months range 25 to 35 degree Celsius. In the summer months, the heat is scorching as temperatures soar to 40s with high levels of humidity. However, all buildings across the city would have some form of air conditioning so working indoors, one can easily be spared the wrath of the sun.

For getting around the city while on any job in Abu Dhabi, it is recommended that you own your own vehicle. Cars are easily available and can be resold when you leave the city at the end of your tenure. Otherwise, you can always hire a cab to be about the city. There is no train system in the UAE, so one has to approach other cities only by road. So, one can either take a bus or hire a cab to go to other cities. You will get to know these little details from the PRO of your office. When it comes to accommodation, expatriates cannot buy their own property in Abu Dhabi unlike in Dubai. So, property can be rented. Well-furnished, beautiful apartments and villas are available to rent in Abu Dhabi. Mostly, expatriates are given an allowance by their employer for accommodation or it is a part of the salary package. This is one thing that you must check before taking up any job in Abu Dhabi because living on your own could be very expensive.

Abu Dhabi is a good place for recreation and night life. There are a lot of jobs that you and your family can do in the free time. The weekly work extends either for five or six days depending on the company. For this, you have more time to relax, go shopping, go clubbing. Thus, doing a job in Abu Dhabi can be lot of fun if you know how to get your way around the city and its culture. Approach Abu Dhabi with an open mind and you will definitely come back with memories to cherish.
